Tractors are supplied Fully built, pre-delivery inspected, H&S certificated for roll cage and emissions.  Each tractor is supplied with a certificate of conformity.

It's a global economy!! Today we can get parts from world sources quicker than we can get first class UK post! Most fast parts are in stock ex Cheshire. Difficult parts are on 24 to 48 hours lead-time. Major assemblies, if ever needed in a warranty period, invoke the "FREE LOAN TRACTOR" clause if a genuine defect is found. This is a unique Benye UK arrangement where we send out a replacement similar "LOAN" tractor where urgently needed and bring the faulty unit in for repair. This means an effective repair without degraded service due to down time or waiting for parts. The scheme can be extended by optional arrangement out of warranty at nominal costs.

What warranty is offered?

Our offering is based on what you the customer want. We came up with a "YOU CHOOSE" warranty structure, which is explained below, but we give you the logic first!

The reason for the "YOU CHOOSE" warranty structure is simple. Benye tractors, although very reliable, will like any machine on rare occasions, go wrong. Any faults that ever do occur are usually very simple and can be fixed within minutes by reference to the illustrated workshop and parts manuals supplied - with their trouble shooting guides and remedies suggested, or by calling our 24/7 technical helpline: 07719 711 893. A qualified technician will always man this phone number.

Mechanically minded customers who would wish to fix simple problems themselves SAVE LOTS OF MONEY by having the standard warranty below but getting full service on any major part/unit breakdown.

STANDARD WARRANTY

For the majority of customers, we have the 12 months (or commercial) PARTS ONLY warranty. It covers as suggested, for the replacement of any part found of defective in use or cause of breakdown in warranty period.

THIS WARRANTY IS STANDARD (NO EXTRA COST) WITH THE TRACTOR OR ACCESSORIES SUPPLIED AND APPLIES TO TRACTORS, IMPLEMENTS AND/OR FITTED APPROVED BENYE UK ACCESSORIES. Under this warranty, a "Courtesy tractor" is available to customers, which are in the opinion of Benye UK, liable to have to endure long repair waits.

EXTENDED WARRANTY

This 12 month (or commercial) warranty is for those customers who would like a total coverage approach, Turnkey, and for our engineers to do the work. That is to say a PARTS AND LABOUR warranty.

Unlike a car going into a garage that a customer would usually drive to, Benye UK engineers have to travel to the tractor wherever that may be. That is a cost, which would normally be PUT ON THE PURCHASE PRICE of any competitors Tractor. At Benye UK we give the customer the Choice. Over 98% choose the Standard warranty. We understand this does not suit some of our valued customers. Accordingly a competitive extended warranty price has been worked out and applies at the time of purchase when the Customer is invited to choose.

Any customer may also choose to upgrade from a standard warranty up to 14 days after purchase for peace of mind. Additionally, customers who have purchased an extended warranty may for no reason needed to be given, relinquish the extended warranty within 14 days of purchase and revert to the standard warranty for a full monies refund. Again, Benye UK care about our customers. We want our customers to choose and be happy with their choice after using the tractor too!

Benye UK appoints capable distributors who are expert agricultural engineers. The best service and after sales care is, in our opinion, often best provided locally.

Accordingly, any distributor we appoint has within its organisation, a person or persons with a background of mechanical engineering experience, assured to give customers excellent service. We recognise that customers often prefer to deal with their own local distributor for sales, servicing and repair. We hear that and support this approach. After all, local dealers are LOCAL. Local is most often best and it makes great sense to enquire from us where your local Benye Dealer is for Sales.

Your complaints, should you ever have any, are valuable to us. They can help us continually improve a service or product. Benye UK believe the measure of a company is not how well the product is sold in the first instance, but how well the product is dealt with after sale. That means continuing to understand our customer's wants and needs and sorting out any problems or difficulties that may arise in the use of our products.

Benye UK, like any manufacturer, consider operator safety to be of the highest priority for all concerned with our products. This is supported by not one but THREE manuals with every Tractor sold.

The first Manual is one of GENERIC importance. It deals with the product in general terms and may be used as a complimentary safety reference for all machines types in that category. This is particularly useful if an organisation has more than one tractor type in use by its staff. This GENERIC manual must be read in conjunction with the specific tractor or implement type OPERATORS manual supplied by Benye UK.

The second manual is the Benye specific model OPERATORS manual. It covers a specific model type and should be carefully read before use of the machine purchased.

The third manual covers engine specifications, adjustments and lubrication.

If there is any doubt about operation or training needed for the machine type being purchased, then customers MUST refer to Benye UK or consult the appropriate legislative guidance as contained in the many useful websites on Health and safety.

Customers are requested to especially note that waivers apply in connection with non-specified use or unsafe use or practise of our products. It is always recommended to take time to ensure that ALL operators are fully familiar with the machine purchased, its safety parameters and requirements of operators in that regard.

Many casualties each year occur as a result mostly of operator error caused by the non-observance of proper operating procedures.
